Order a repeat prescription
High demand on our telephone lines means we are unable to sustain accepting requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.
We encourage you to speak to the staff about registering for on-line services which means you can order your repeat prescriptions at your convenience, on-line, day or night.
48 hours is still required for staff to process your request and we will continue to send the signed scripts to your nominated pharmacy.
Alternatively, there is a post box on level 0 of the Centre, positioned on the wall at the left hand side as you enter via the front door. You can deposit your repeat prescription slip there, ensuring you have ticked the items you require.
